A national constitution, which is agreed upon by the sovereign peoples, protects their sovereign rights to all resources and benefits of their sovereign nation. Sovereignty comes with having a Nationality. A Sovereign Citizen is the Highest Status of Citizenship followed by Foreign National.

In the Rights of Indigenous People Article 37 Section 1 states: "Indigenous peoples have the right to the recognition, observance and enforcement of treaties, agreements and other constructive arrangements concluded with States or their successors and to have States honour and respect such treaties, agreements and other constructive arrangements." We should be enforcing treaties and the constitution.
By being Aboriginal you are also Indigenous, but being Indigenous does NOT necessarily mean you are Aboriginal.
